that filing makes no sense what so ever...its certainly not an "annual report" its just an unaudited compilation wihtout the report and its for 12/31/2009....

its something along with the name change so i'm happier today about my investment here than i was yesterday...

i just hope people dont come on here and see those numbers and think they have anything to do with the new company...over a year old and not the same operation we will have going on in 2011.

a 10Q for 12/31/10 that has an explination of whats next for this company would be great...hope we see that soon ladies n gents...good luck
