4:58 pm - The deputy chairman of the National Assembly, José Muñoz, formally unveiled this afternoon that the second debate of the draft amending the "mining code" will begin tomorrow, Thursday, and will not be enabled or Friday or so week for that discussion.
Meanwhile, groups opposed to mining production in the country protest near the National Assembly against the bill.
Opponents of mining have not closed the road, but if kept shouting slogans against the proposal submitted by the Minister of Trade and Industry, Henriquez Roberto.
Muñoz said that if necessary the discussion in the plenary of the National Assembly be extended to Monday next week.
Is expected this afternoon to formally present the project to the full National Assembly begins debate tomorrow.
