"We did find an auditor who is affordable, probably 1/3 of the price of the average accounting firm. The only problem is that they won’t be able to start until sometime in November. That’s the only trade off. We could pay 50-75k and get started now or wait a few weeks and get if for a nice discount. So we are hoping to have everything wrapped up by the end of November and submitted to the SEC"
