No david I can't name one, and I have no problem with RTGV doing so and using shares to pay for services. Name of the game here on the OTC and I think we are all smart enough to know that. What I do have a problem with is RTGV for years has billed itself as a non dilutive company for one, and two, if they are going to sell this many shares, then don't put it on the backs of your already over burdened long term and large shareholders. Bring in some new buyers. And spend the damn money to do it the RIGHT WAY. Not this cheap way they tried to get away with.
