I emailed CTCC again to ask about their operations in Santa Monica and how the transition was going. This is their response

As you know the company is in transition with a new management team, new locations, and in re-organization mode. We have subleased operational space, but for cost and feasibility reasons we use a drop box for general mail. Mr. Smuda is in the process of completely transforming the company into a world class organization, and many of the new updates will formerly be done via a wire release to everyone, as well through a new website. If you could check back around mid February you should see many of the changes underway. We thank you for your inquiry, and if we can be of any more assistance please advise.

It sounds like we should be seeing some kind of updates or news within a few weeks. These prices are going to look like a bargain when the news starts rolling out.
