CDIV and Apple Misuse!

CDIV is in clear violation of Apple's IP when publishing their latest PR:

If you are like most people who have high regard for Apple and its image, may I suggest emailing Apple's legal team at the email address above, and voice your concern a microcap company like CDIV is misusing Apple's IP and good name, in an attempt to generate trading volume.

They get enough complaints, CDIV may just get booted from Apple's App Store!

On top of voicing my concern with the Apple employees I worked with in the past, I went ahead and emailed CDIV's PR to the email address above with my comments with concern over CDIV violating and misusing Apple's IP!
