That's what the SEC essentially gave Hrct after the judgement (the initial 10 plus)..It's obvious DC and the rest never set anything aside...As far as real cash..So she had to come up wth it and did,...Now it's a done deal...Hard for me not to be happy that this thing is paid for and out of the way...That's the only way Hrct can move on...and now they will..jmo
