that is correct-

and the reasoning I have too has been all the volume we've had around the 1 cent level for a long time now, it's almost like shares are being exchanged or something of the like for this 'new stoy' of BIEL that I'm expecting to come-

which, whatever it is, will be a good thing for the share price short term
