...but what about the shares that she/Hartcourt is supposed to be getting back from the Chen acquisitions? That should bring it down some...Still think she could have done a better deal for the shareholders than dilute the O/S...How many of us would have offered to buy shares at .035 to .05? I doubt enough to cover the fine...but it would have been a nice gesture...
