I mentioned this stock last week as a company that had a new twist on an existing technology/theorm. This is a good example of what can happen, very suddenly, when a plan comes together. RTGV is putting their plan together. The markets may not agree at the moment but one day they will, when RTGV has all the pieces together, the market will figure things out and this is what may happen to the stock price.
