"No scam or pump and dump by EIGH has been proven."

scam |skam|
noun informal
a dishonest scheme; a fraud

I prefer the term fraud.
I guess you accept that the filing of their intent to pay a $.005 dividend with FINRA, the press release(s) promising a $.10 dividend and the ultimate cancellation of ANY dividend on the day before a payment was scheduled was a regrettable mistake based on the company's misunderstanding of the applicable laws.
And announcing the acquisition of Monk's Den which they later admitted did not occur I suppose you believe was just a result of the company being "clumsy in some of its actions".
And that acknowledgment that a consent order is probably in the works is enough to allow business to carry on as usual.

And after many months of anticipation and explanations we saw in the January Newsletter, issued on 1/12, that "The Company’s flagship store at the Limegrove Lifestyle Center is completed awaiting the final signage to be delivered and the completion of the construction work on the neighboring stores, Ralph Lauren and Armani."
(The Armani store has opened and the adjoining Ralph Lauren facility is an office, not a store.)
As recently as 4:47PM on Saturday, in a Facebook thread entitled "8000inc (EIGH.pk) Finihsings Complete January 28, 2011", good old "8000inc" said "Jan 31 is the Day". Yet this morning, after hearing absolutely nothing from the company on the Grand Opening issue, a poster received notification from the Limegrove representative that the opening is scheduled for mid-February and referring any further inquiries to CEO Kelly.

Let me guess......the company and it's affiliates didn't benefit from these unkept promises, right? For the record, the SEC doesn't use that as its sole rule of thumb.

Whatever it is, I'm against it............Groucho
