Okay I did not catch that before, on the part you quoted, the company is buying the Hotel for $28M but it is worth $43.8M. Now does that mean that the company will have a gain of $15.8M in value once the deal is completed?

And how do we see the valuation by this company, Velinov Consult Ltd? Do you know where to see that? Thank you.
