LOL! I wish I was loading up. I'm as loaded as I can get. I am a simple man who works for a living. The reason I was able to accumulate my position was from inheritance and then being lucky and selling another stock in a timely manner which I put most of back into PNTV.

The trip was great. Visited offices on Friday. I was really impressed with the people I met who are already on board.

Relations go well with David Tice. He is very high on the company and Marks business plan. In the coming months this will become more evident.

There are several things going on that could be very significant for Players. Until they are finalized the company won't PR or talk about them.

The website is close. Not much else to say about that.

They are starting to find the right people to hire for implementation of their business plan. Marketing, sales etc. Some very impressive people with vast connections will be coming on.

Many have queried about the terms of the Tice deal. Mark said all the terms are public and go to Edgar. What I know for sure and asked directly is:

1. That the shares were bought much higher than market (I think the price was .31 a share taking into account all financing when we were trading at .16).

2. That they were preferred with no voting rights.

3. And most importantly the shares convert 1 to 1 preferred to common. There are no hidden conditions.

4. All warrants are placed much higher than purchase price. (I hope there is a reason for those to be executed!)

4. Mark assured that it is very share holder friendly and because of Davids relationships it is going to be an exciting year.

Today was a great day. There are other people with no connection to David Tice with pockets as big if not bigger looking at this company. Someone said that today and I think it is true. That has been one of Marks greatest attributes and PNTVs assets is Marks ability to make the right connections. I think we are all in for a good year.
