if they wanna buy the property from the secured lender and NOT FGOCQ... thats not good... basically they want to wait til its been picked clean by BK process and then come in with a low ball to the secured lenders to buy the property... which means they do not want the NOLs which i figured anyway as there is so much regulation surrounding the use of NOLs especially pertaining to transferring them on to different companies...on the positive side... hopefully they will be able to eventually become a clean shell w/ NOLs in tact...
