I use gainskeeper. Go to their website and also check if your broker gives a discount. Discount from Ameritrade users is like 30%.

Real easy to use and does the math for you. Allows export of a file for import to tax programs.

I used gainskeeper (www.gainskeeper.com) for the second year in a row. Well worth the money.
