That's the point isn't?The CAFC is the elephant in the room because what's the point of offering any new smartphones when they might face a ban?

Help me understand.........a cease & desist order won't be issued after the CAFC ruling, right? My understanding is that the cease & desist order won't be issued until the appeal goes back to the ITC. Please correct me if I'm wrong.
