Bugs & Am it stands to reason considering

insiders aren't benefiting via shares at a nickle either.

I bought a chunk at a nickle but will only
add on the way up if managements guidance and
performance meet or exceed expectations....LOL
anyone out there have any idea what that would be.

The downside is still there: IE shareholder lawsuits,
BK or privatization. Management didn't have a problem
driving us to a nickle so their plan may still be unfolding?

Sale of assests could also show some share price appreciation.
