I concur with your reasoning, but I don’t believe their statements therefore it is not the right time to buy.
However, the internal struggle for control of this Company leads one to believe that there is value here, and the share price is not indicative of that value thus Aspen is a bargain. Will they develop and increase the assets of the Company and give us our fair share?
Cutting expenses should definitely help but were they paying attention to the drilling part while they were at each others throats? With the normal production decline from existing wells if they were too distracted by their infighting to increase their drilling agenda I would not look for a substantial rise in production.
I feel it is IMPERATIVE that management have a fireside chat with us as of yesterday as to their intentions. IMO Am
