so what then is the general concensus we are seeking now?? (that is a fair question right??)

if it is settlement..... share price makes a huge difference as it does when bidding to buy/take over a company. some posters predictions are ridiculous at our current price and structure.

however if trial is the end game... then no it doesn't mean near as much as each individual will recieve a percentage of the final judgement dependant on their holdings( some pre holders could still lose money if the figure isn't enough)

so do tell why is it beneficial to scare away new investors with 2 years worth of court documents and hostility??
