Are you saying that you would be surprised if they announced on Tuesday that they had agreed to a merger on Monday but wouldn't say with whom? Even though they kind of suggested that that was the plan?
"Detailed information will be announced at the conclusion of the transaction but prior to the share exchange process which will be handled by the Transfer Agent."
This way, even if they don't announce a merger doesn't mean that there wasn't one. Either way, we get a surprise!
