And if you are prepared to hop off this bandwagon as your post implies, then what the f is with you accusing me of being a short or even more absurdly a paid basher for expressing some concerns and frustration now?

Were YOU an IMM investor at the time of the MOT trial? I was. I heard about patience then. And showed it.

Were YOU an IDCC investor in the "out years" I was. I lived patience then.

Were YOU an IDCC investor at the time of the ERICY trial and then settlement? I was. I heard a lot about patience then. The upside was just around the corner. At the time of the ERICY settlement we were assured that the future was then.

And what next? The NOK arb. And more litigation. And Samsung.

Now all we have to do is wait for the outcome of the NOK arb?

Well I sure hope so. But I have to admit to having distinctly less confidence at this point that this will be the watershed event that the ERICY outcome was s'posed to be (another one I didn't come up with but managment BOD did "Watershed event." Yeah I remember that one too.

So maybe you'll be jumping on or off some bandwage in the next two months (or however freaking long it takes) depending on the NOK news. I'm all in no matter what.
