as I said in my earlier post this isn't merger(since GTLL as of today has no business/assets)to merge.this is if TRUE a reverse merger for a company with rev/assets/business(looks a like in social networking)going from private to public.
IF true THEN A/S O/S MOST LIKELY WILL BE STRUCTURED(gtll management's holding will be retired/cancelled.
it's a mil $ question but IF true then today's shareholders will look to a immediate 10 bagger.....keywords....***IF***TRUE***
