Nope. You can't count me as thinking CR is a criminal. He's not. He's a very sharp investment banker that uses every possible advantage that a daft archaic system gave him (and many others) use of. He's (IMO) an opportunist weilding a brilliant set of skills to generate Hedge Fund fee's I think he's got questionable taste in underlings, and needs better human resources.
NIR's business plan as a lender is clear. If it turns out that CR's a criminal by a crim Judge's word I'll never post on this board again :()
