My guess is 100% of this board feels Ribotsky is a criminal and NIR is in the business of scamming scammers.

Many here figured that out long before the first investigation hit the wires. Speaking only for myself, I knew it. Not because I had any information specific here, but simply by looking at their funding agreements.

It fits the playbook of NIR, Southridge, Beach Blvd, Navigator mgt, David Sims, Cornell Capital, Fusion Capital, Yorkville advisors -- the whoel industry is rotten to the core and is what gives life to penny stock scammers.
