Is anyone else surprised by the direction of the iPayu launch?
Perhaps I am the only one who watched that "old page", to see if iPayu got approval in the UK?
The page that had been up for the better part of a year (new one a week)...the one DHF guessed I was talking about?
Did I misunderstand that webpage to be about iPayu being about e-money.
Did I misread the many posts about the wave of the future about a cashless society, and about how iPayu was a great fit where people would pay for stuff with their phone?
Wasn't there discussion about that everytime someone sent money via iPayu, that they were going to reap a fee on every transaction.
Guess I'll have to go back and re-read those many posts...

Or did they decide to go a different direction (plan B again), due to difficulties getting approval, or was it that they realized they were way behind and missed the window?

Maybe its just me, but this has a very familiar feel as the merge, where we thought one thing and then something else happened, events behind the scenes that shareholders were kept in the dark about....ie lack of transparency.
I know, I know....plan B was the best thing for shareholders, that aside, shareholders were not privy to the unwindings and taken completely by surprise.

Am I the only one surprised that the long awaited iPayu launch is for a proprietary payment system for their music download site?
