From what I've heard in the past , Koch should have had a much larger share holding in CMKX then Urban actually had. The rumours have always been that Koch provided the funds initially for this promotion and held the vast majority of the assets as has been seen by his control of the numbered companies. But I suspect that most of his share position would have been received too late to be free trading . If Koch was actually able to get an opinion letter somewhere I'm surprised that Melvin wasn't included in that process. Since I've heard from several sources that Koch actually brought Melvin into this promotion and would have expected him to have taken care of him.
