Something has been bothering me about this whole CMKX puzzle. There was a poster the other night from Koch's area of Sask. who posted that there has been rumours that Koch has come into millions lately. That's certainly no surprise to me. But what is confusing is how Koch was able to sell so many shares without getting caught up in the Sask. unregistered shares order. The Casavant boys and Melvin certainly did but it seems that Koch has been able to sell a boat load of shares somehow.
