Even if there was a class action, any money gained from the sale of anything left will go to creditors first, meaning nothing left for us. Just be wasting more money to pay lawyers. all of us bagholders are left with nothing more than a shell that will have a hard if not impossible shell to sell. all just my honest opinion. I am by no means qualified, just a bagholder like many
