Well let me say I certainly appreciate you taking the time to post here and giving what I believe to be a fair evaluation of the situation and the difficulties that lie ahead.
My only agenda is making sure investors aren't lied to or mislead with information. Based on your responses I am glad that you are there to watch Matvieshen like a hawk. Please make sure, to the best of your ability, that everything is done legally and by the book.
It will be up to Matvieshen to prove he has learned from the past (and not just how to make money for himself, but for shareholders too). I still find many of the details of this merger to be rather suspicious including the 8.9 million shares not being reported to the SEC if somebody does indeed own them now, and the 12 week time frame for Matvieshen to close out a deal with himself.
If it is at all possible for you to help make more details available about the GM deal (there is currently a lot of message board guessing going on about the details of this partnership), the financial status of Sunlogics, and the 8.9 million shares that John Salamon sold it would be greatly appreciated.
