I've been around this play for over year during the last run, and bought in based on management, interviews conducted, their track record and the earnings shown 3Q 2009.
Don't hang your hat on the earnings coming 4Q 2010. In fact, they've all but said they'll be a clinker.
1Q & 2Q projections are outlined as in the PR. Backlog is 2.7M, and it takes time for delivery of the product.
For the relationahips built, this has been way undervalued. Management indicated that their distributors have quotas for this year, and if memory serves correct at this morning hour, that it's 25 systems = roughly 18M in sales and consumables.
What I find extraordinarily interesting is that Manatuck just disposed of a bunch of shares, then stepped up and exercised 32M warrants to move their holdings over 100M.
This move has occurred for no obvious reason in the marketplace. However, the volume prior to the move had been steadily increasing, moving the stock sideways or down. Volume for MONTHS had been 1-4M, and suddenly, for about a 2 week stretch, the volume was 10-15M with no real launch.
I say all this having been here for a while...a long while!
