Okay, here's my thought on this one. Perhaps it will sound like I'm living in the Twilight Zone somewhere, but none-the-less it's what I'm coming up with as I try and 'synthesize' some of the available information and recent trading activity:

As far as the trading, someone buying and buying big. 21+ mil yesterday. Today, the bid got whacked like there was no tomorrow, yet it didn't budge. IMO, same buyer. I'll bet there was an awareness that if you kept the bid at the 41's just under where it closed yesterday, there would be enough people willing to sell and lock in their profits, there would be no need to buy at the ask and no need to make it obvious someone was buying huge amounts here. Just look at trading history and compare to today and yesterday.

Now for the information that is currently available:

There was a filing on Jan. 18th that shows Manatauk Hill Partners is disposing of shares they own:

If I'm reading this filing correctly, they have 12.6% ownership which represents a significant voting block (as per the filing). This filing shows that they are selling. Question is why?

My guess is the voting power (via the shares they own)is being transferred to another entity. The buyer of that 21+mil yesterday and the 41's today perhaps? If so, again...why? Such a buyer would be able to influence an 'acquisition vote', no?

Now, let's say the news on the 14th that the contract with Sunbelt Medical left both companies surprised at the synergies and revenue potential the contract generated. At least the news would suggest this to be the case. With both companies looking to expand their presence, can this be the beginning of 'a developing relationship? (i.e.- read Reverse Merger). The other benefit to sunbelt is the tax-offset provided as MCLN has only generated losses since its inception.

The Jan .14th PR (content of which is on the board's sticky-post) also seems to indicate that their starting to generate contract wins and have a current backlog of orders with recurring monthly revs that are increasing. Timing would certainly seem right.

I'll be the first to admit my competencies don't lie in understanding the finer print within these filings, but I can make general common-sense interpretations and do know enough to begin looking at this as a possibility. Perhaps someone here on the board with greater skills in this area than I can comment and feel free to let me know if I'm deluding myself?...lol

Food for the board to chew on. I'll ask a couple folks I know out here for some input on this.
