Well -- I mostly agree

The only flaw I see is that the insider sale was in pieces of $0.0023, $0.0025, and $0.0027 from a sale last week for an average price of $0.0025 and a little more than $80k was gained. So, I don't see the value in the sale (other than pulling some $$$ to cover a required fee for this or another business); and not much of a chance or motive to move shares outside of Manatuck.
