Firstly--why he didnt just stick to the original 1st quarter is beyond me....an explanation there would be nice... I believe He needs to give details especially on why the dates kept moving....and he needs to give investors a GOOD sense of where general financials are---even if not exact. Also---he needs to follow up on all point outlined:
"The conference call will focus on topics that have been outlined in recent press releases. Those topics include the completion and changes to technical features, recently announced advisory board, possible mergers and the previously announced plans for acquiring a competitive company. The CEO conference call will also utilize the opportunity to provide new information on the recent reorganization of upper management and future plans for growth."
"Guard Dog will schedule a CEO conference call for the week immediately following the release of the financial information on otcmarkets.com in January 2011. In addition to discussing the financial information the conference call will focus on topics such as, share structure, reporting status, acquisition of competitor status, forecasted revenues and the recently announced advisory board."
