Attention, and Good Morning Gang. I sent an Email to John regarding the Nevada issue a couple days ago, and had a brief conversation with him about it this morning.

He said there is nothing for us (shareholders) to worry about.

The issue is in the process of being addressed right now.

There may be some changes but he can't say anything definitive until they are a done deal.

When he can say more, he will.
