50K to 100k might be on the light side. I often use 3X the average daily volume to confirm a break out. That said, if IDCC closes decisively above $49 with 2.8M shares traded, then we are off to da races.

IMHO it will make an attempt tomorrow or Friday if the general market is NOT tanking......
