why does a Private Placement of the remaining 2,5 Billion shares seem so impossible to people here!! You do remember that Jeff Roth and the management of SWK wnated to buy this thing out before right?? I know 2008 was a LONG TIME AGO, like the last time this POC was growing sales!!!

IT MAKES SENSE TO ME, only if Meller steps down and lets Roth run the show!!!
