I'll have seek clarification on that from the company, sounds hinkie to me.
As I recall they put our press and discussed it during at least on cc regarding the merger closing & 1yr restriction...it was repeated several times. Speaking specifically of the merger closed last March, not about followup acquisitions. As I recall without reviewing those files, they were given x# of shares, in simple terms, the current (at that time) RTGV shareholders owned a percentage of the new entity.
