Long as they anticipate that if / when this does start its "controlled" ascent (LOL), there will be continuous selling into it by folks anxious to get out without loss.

Perhaps they will control the ascent long enough through the end of March...when the restriction comes off merger shares.
Remember...no dilution for 1yr after merger was the repeated statement...
