Reverse splits are typically bad for companies that are using them so that they can stay listed on their current index. That's just manipulation for a stock that's been going down and not making money. I don't think it's viewed the same way when a company does a RS so that they can get exposure.
At any rate, time will tell. I'm not very experienced at this kind of trading. Technically speaking however, it seems like we have trendline support in terms of higher lows and the 50 day ema is seems to be support too. I just don't know whether we can really infer anything from that given the volume of shares being traded at this point.
