looks decent but why no details on the buyers???
CEO stepped down but has he cut all financial ties with HCKI?
how is the $135K note held?( in stock, cash ,convertible debenture?

no proof of who has been selling, Tom Scozzafava NEVER owned commons, he has/had 80% control thru preferred shares, could be the company diluting, could be awareness shares locking in some cash, could be YAGI unloading some, could have been anyone.

what future events?
finding out who bought the shell? that should have been front and center in todays news.
