interesting that your "awesome speculation" isn't listed on ANY website as a typical reason for replacing auditors.

And by the way that is not MY speculation, that is from a website that educates investors that need to know such things, (especially pink sheet "investors") based on history. Feel free to email them with your "awesome speculation" and see if they add that to the webpage.

Let's ask the "transparent CEO" to put out a statement telling us all why they suddenly have a new auditor, okay?
