I have to add an odd twist to this. Guess who is the judge proceeding that case? It is Chicago's Aldmeran Ed Burke's wife(head of finace committee.That is what I heard weeks prior this court case. I pray that decision stays. Emanuel could appeal?
If he does, will he still be in the ballot? Stayed tuned
