The reason why so many penny stocks are simply engineered by clever news releases is exactly because of the fact that there is little in the way of regulations and in turn conseqences.

There are other penny stocks that play a much more convincing pr game than OPTZ, and alot of these don't exist as well. Sometimes its hard to tell, but I wouldn't put much into OPTZ's news releases. They can at times be very convincing. But again I am long here bacause I believe there is money to be made for the same reasons I mentioned before.
