I dont agree with that statement. If the company dont exist and if mgmt agenda is to steal shareholder money,you don't see them setting up conference calls and filing 10Q/10K because if any of this is a lie, they are in big trouble and "count the bars for rest of their lives".

Here is what happened. Will all the promotion and hyping they did back in early 2010, they thought the stock reaches a dollar or something so that they can use the stock to acquire the companies (typical story you hear with any startup company) but that never happened and without the capital they couldn't close any of the deals. Meanwhile, the debt note was matured and that killed this stock for good.

Now they have to come up with new strategy. Either show some financing and some growth takes this stock to reasonble levels (I guess close to .05 or even .10 depends on what they have to offer). I hope the financing news from Nov'10 is for real...... JMHO
