It seems that posted email response simply validates the opinion I posted back in October.
I got beat over the head for that post and subsequent posts for suggesting they didn't have the funds to continue exploration and needed to be able to sell shares to finance further exploration, hence the NEED to become publicly trading again.
BTW, just because they aren't trading publicly doesn't mean current shareholders don't still own their shares in the current 'private' company. Any questionable talk they have of not making shareholders "whole" again when re-listed would only mean the possible consideration of a R/S or the creation of a new corporation along with new shares to continue the operations, IMO.
