I really don't expect net profit yet in the next Q which ends in a little over a month. Since I'm usually more conservative (and realistic in my mind), I don't expect this next Q to be earth shattering. Hopefully we'll see continued growth on the DC side and increasing revenue from NUA/BMC. I don't expect any revenue from the new disruptive technology in next Q.

As to the SS, the A/S was going to be raised to accommodate new acquisitions.
