Thank you for the reply. I was not thinking about it that way.
I'm thinking that they will get the permit.
I can almost make a vacuum belt drk stack system here without being an engineer. I pulled up a site the other day and they look pretty simple to built. Most of them were for more then 10,000 ores tons per day.
Lee being a mining engineer might be able to design out.
