Ahahaha, so even if this were true that Mariano's pizza was going to come under the HCKI shell... Mariano's has a SINGLE location. The HCKI shell is in so much debt they cannot use it to access money to purchase/lease additional locations so what is any possible benefit of it being here? Tom used to have his own Pizza joint called "Goodfellos", what happened to that?? Or just maybe Tom is having to foreclose because the person he sold it to didn't pay the "assumption of certain debt" which was probably owed to Tom himself for being such a great CEO and now he's planning on having a shell with Goodfellos under it.
