Constructive criticism and AMEX relation
Since GTEL applied for Amex exchange it would be a good idea to make a good impression and file on time since that is GTEL's goal (to get to higher exchange). It wouldn't hurt to pat on the back long term investors either by filing on time. Yes it's a small company but year has ended on 31st of December and NOT GTEL team or HUFF but CFO had 3 months to prepare this. That is CFO's primary job along with running finances. I would think Huff and rest of the sales, marketing etc has little to do with preparing 10K. It's CFO's job. I really hope it's on time. Although ext would put us conveniently at April 15 right after public viewing of strat. Hmmmm....catching my drift ???!!!! I'M not sure what is going to happen tommorow but i'm off from work and i'm glued to the screen.
