If you have been in any of the Paltalk Rooms and you have personally heard the individual known as Reese Hamilton (board name of Wyatt11_11 or some other variation of same) make any derogatory and disparaging comments about me (Allan Treffry), or if he commented to you personally by phone or in any other internet forums - whether it be related to my alleged lack of ability as a lawyer, that I am "bi-polar," "mentally unstable," "a liar" or anything else of that nature, and you would be willing to sign a written statement to that effect to help put an end to such unkind and inappropriate conduct, and even possibly uncover who, if anyone is secretly sponsoring Reese Hamilton to engage in such misconduct and misdirection, I encourage you to email me at Treff1960@?yahoo.com AND Treff1960@?aol.com. Last night, for about the 100th time, you went into the Grapevine Room on Palttalk, before several hundred people, and talked your usual unprovoked bs about me. I have tolerated it as much as I am going to tolerate it. You have called me just about everything from a "gd liar" to "incompetent lawyer" to "bi-polar" and more on multiple occasions. In an effort to keep peace, I have refrained from the temptation of a physical response - basically to pop your head like a pimple. I have even refrained from filing a lawsuit against you for similar reasons - to keep the peace - and I did it mostly as a courtesy to Al and for the benefit of the lawsuit. Well, although you will continue to reap the blessings of the very mental stability you persist in putting into question, as I will continue to refrain from giving you what you likely deserve in a physical sense, I am going to sue you for slander, unless within 24 hours, I have a written apology, retracting all defamatory comments, and you post it in the grapevine. Just to let you know, there are at least 2 people who have now come to me that informed me that they planned to use my legal services in the past but for your comments, their confidence in me was shaken and they went elsewhere.
The apology must include a statement that you have ZERO basis for calling me a liar, that you have ZERO basis for calling me bi-polar and that you have ZERO basis for questioning my competence as a lawyer and further, that all derogatory comments you have made about me were motivated by your personal angst and not anything I have done to you or that you witnessed, and that you are genuinely sorry for making all such statements. Personally Reese, I have had more than enough of your lies, defamation, unprofessionalism and lack of character. Although you can consider this letter a release of all claims (provided you do not return to such conduct in the future), I personally hope that you do not apologize, for I cannot wait to open up the can of worms through the discovery process as to who you really are, your past, and who is really paying / guiding you to act in this fashion (via your bank records, phone bills, etc..) and make this party a truly grand affair.
